Cancellation Policy

1. Bookings Bookings must be made and paid for in advance via online system All sessions are subject to availability and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. A completed registration form must be submitted before a child can attend the club. Which will be available from the school office 2. Fees and Payments Fees are payable in advance at the time of booking. Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, booking link Late payments may result in suspension of your child’s place until fees are settled. 3. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be made in writing at least [5] days before the session to qualify for a refund or credit. No refunds will be given for missed sessions due to illness or other absences unless agreed in advance. The club reserves the right to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, a full refund will be offered. 4. Late Collection Children must be collected by the agreed end time (5.45). A late fee of £10 per 15 minutes will apply for late collections. Frequent late pickups may result in the loss of your child’s place. 5. Behaviour and Conduct Children are expected to follow the club’s behaviour policy. Repeated disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or permanent removal from the club. 6. Medical and Emergency Information Parents must inform the club of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs. In case of emergency, staff will act in the best interest of the child and contact emergency services if necessary. 7. Data Protection All personal data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and will not be shared with third parties without consent. 8. Changes to Terms The club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
